April 3:
Today we decided to go to the BMW Museum so after grabbing
some lunch at the train station we took the U-Bahn to BMW headquarters. I knew
that BMW had created their famous tower for the 1972 Munich Olympics but I
hadn’t realized that the BMW headquarters was directly beside the Olympic
grounds. We walked through the BMW Museum, including a temporary exhibit on the
history of Rolls Royce, then went through their huge show room looking at their
new models.
Once we had seen everything we wanted to at the BMW compound we walked through the Olympic grounds checking out the stadium and other attractions.
Once we had done a loop there we headed home. From the station we picked up some sandwiched then decided to venture out in search of a supermarket for snacks and were able to pick up some chips and wine. We ate and had some wine as we watched some tv then decided to chill for a bit. We had decided that we would reconvene around 9pm and if we were feeling okay we might go out for some drinks. I distracted myself on my computer till 9pm but when I inquired about Pat I found he was already asleep. I decided to try and reset my sleep schedule so I stayed up for a bit longer then went to sleep for the night.
